Quality control: the first building block of our traceability system

Each raw material is checked upon receipt: compliance with specifications, verification of supplier certificates if necessary.

This approach guarantees quality validation upstream, before any integration into our manufacturing process.

The monitoring of all manufacturing begins with a production order and ends with a production report, drawn up at each stage by the operators concerned: these documents trace the identification of raw material batches, production parameters, comments and remarks during the process, and the traceability of controls.

Our labelling system also includes information on all packages that allows us to target production and material data.

As part of our health and safety ranges, our quality department keeps a sample from each box, allowing us to check product quality and the traceability of numbers and barcodes.

This monitoring is linked to a computer file stored in our ERP system, enabling us to respond to any customer queries at any time.

🎯 The result?
Immediate identification of the origin of any defects.
Optimal responsiveness in the event of a complaint.
Enhanced customer satisfaction thanks to controlled production.

This rigour and these controls are applied across all our workstations. Our commitment is recognised by certifications such as: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), FSSC 22000 (food safety), the MORE label, and an Ecovadis Silver Medal rating.

Quality is built on data, rigour and anticipation.
