The sub-prefect of Béthune in our company.

On 21 November, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr Sébastien Becoulet, the sub-prefect of Béthune, to our company. It was an ideal opportunity to show him HANOVA ‘from the inside’ and discuss our projects and ambitions in a simple and direct manner.

During the visit, several topics were discussed: support for regional projects, support for local initiatives, as well as an overview of the economy, employment, education and sustainable development… nothing less.

We also explained why Hanova is involved in initiatives such as speed dating with high schools and Cap sur l’Industrie with middle schools: to attract and support young people towards promising careers, particularly in areas where unemployment remains higher than the national average. The issue of access to employment, which can sometimes be complicated due to a lack of suitable transport, was also discussed.

This meeting highlighted the commitment of our teams, who are always ready to support projects that benefit the region.

The sub-prefect of Béthune praised the involvement of everyone he met. We thank him for his interest, the quality of our discussions and his attentive listening to the realities on the ground.

It was a constructive meeting, which confirmed the work accomplished and our shared desire to move the region forward.
