First of all, what is industrial laminating?
Laminating involves assembling two or more products using an adhesive. These products may be materials of different kinds, with different mechanical characteristics.
The main advantage of this technical method is to combine the different properties of each material to meet technical requirements. Adding a second plastic film to a printed film can, for example, protect the inks sandwiched between them.
A paper bag can also be laminated with a plastic film to provide a barrier and/or seal.
The films used for complexing can also offer features such as UV protection or improved sealing. This method of lamination provides significant versatility and adaptability to meet a variety of packaging requirements.
This process is used for design in sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, aeronautics, automotive and pet-foods.
